Prohibited activities
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity
- Malware, credential theft, phishing, unauthorized surveillance or harmful automation
- Attempts to access systems, accounts or data without authorization
- Uploading content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or contractual rights
- Harassment, hate, exploitation or content intended to cause harm
- Using services to bypass laws, platform rules or security controls
Sensitive information
Do not send passwords, card details, wallet private keys, seed phrases, API keys, database passwords, government identity documents, confidential source code, medical records or patient-identifying data through public forms or chat tools unless a secure, specifically approved process has been established.
Client-supplied content
Clients are responsible for ensuring that supplied content, data, software, images, logos and reference materials may be lawfully used. Zolesco may refuse or suspend work that presents a legal, security or ethical risk.
Enforcement
Zolesco may restrict access, pause work, reject an inquiry or terminate a service where misuse, non-payment, security risk or unlawful activity is identified, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
