Information we collect
When you submit a project inquiry, Zolesco may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, project type, budget, timeline, reference links and the details you choose to provide.
When you subscribe to Zolesco updates, Zolesco stores the email address, selected update topics, consent version, consent time and subscription status needed to operate the list. Newsletter subscription is separate from project-inquiry consent.

- Administrative records such as lead status, assigned owner, next action, notes and communication history
- Limited inquiry-attribution context such as the first landing path, referring hostname and standard UTM source/medium/campaign labels when available
- Newsletter topic preferences and the operational consent/subscription status you choose
How information is used
- To review and respond to project inquiries
- To prepare quotations, scopes, milestones and agreements
- To provide, support and improve agreed services
- To protect the website, admin area and communication channels from misuse
- To send only the newsletter update categories you explicitly selected and to process unsubscribe requests
- To meet legal, accounting or compliance obligations where applicable
Optional analytics
When analytics identifiers are configured, non-essential analytics load only after you provide consent. Analytics events are limited to action-level information such as a page or button category. Zolesco does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, project descriptions, database identifiers or IP addresses as analytics event data.
Inquiry attribution is stored with the submitted lead record rather than analytics. The public lead form is designed to retain a pathname, referring hostname and standard UTM labels instead of copying full referrer URLs or arbitrary query strings into analytics events.
Newsletter subscription and unsubscribe actions may be counted as consented action-level analytics events, but the email address and topic selections are not sent to website analytics. Newsletter campaign reporting is designed around aggregate sent/failed/unsubscribe outcomes rather than personal open or click tracking.
Storage and sharing
Project inquiry and newsletter information may be stored in secured service providers used for hosting, databases, communication and project delivery. Zolesco does not sell personal information or use purchased email lists. Information may be shared with service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the website, send requested updates or deliver an agreed service.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for inquiries, project delivery, support, records and legal obligations. You may request correction or deletion of information, subject to contractual, accounting and legal retention requirements.
Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe from the Newsletter page at any time. An unsubscribe request changes the record to an unsubscribed state so the address is suppressed from future sends; Zolesco may retain the minimal suppression record needed to respect that choice.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, card information, wallet keys, API keys, database credentials, confidential medical records, patient-identifying information or other highly sensitive data through the public contact form. If a project requires protected datasets, internal documentation or knowledge-base material, the transfer method and access controls should be agreed separately before that information is shared.
