Information we collect
When you submit a project inquiry, Zolesco may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, project type, budget, timeline, reference links and the details you choose to provide.

- Project requirements and quotation details
- Technical information required for security, troubleshooting and service delivery
- Administrative records such as lead status, notes and communication history
How information is used
- To review and respond to project inquiries
- To prepare quotations, scopes, milestones and agreements
- To provide, support and improve agreed services
- To protect the website, admin area and communication channels from misuse
- To meet legal, accounting or compliance obligations where applicable
AI Service Advisor data
If the Zolesco AI Service Advisor is available, chat messages may be processed temporarily to provide service recommendations. The planned retention period for raw chat sessions is no longer than 24 hours. A brief project summary and contact details may be saved only when you choose to submit an inquiry and provide consent.
Do not submit passwords, card information, wallet keys, API keys, database credentials, confidential medical records, patient-identifying information or other highly sensitive data through the advisor or contact form.
Optional analytics
When analytics identifiers are configured, non-essential analytics load only after you provide consent. Analytics events are limited to action-level information such as a page or button category. Zolesco does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, project descriptions, raw advisor transcripts or database identifiers as analytics event data.
Storage and sharing
Project inquiry information may be stored in secured service providers used for hosting, databases, communication and project delivery. Zolesco does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the website or deliver an agreed service.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for inquiries, project delivery, support, records and legal obligations. You may request correction or deletion of information, subject to contractual, accounting and legal retention requirements.
