A useful first message does not need to be a full specification. Name, email, service and a short project objective are enough to start; phone, budget, timeline and deeper context can be added when useful.

A clear path from inquiry to scope.
We do not force every inquiry into the same sales process. The next step depends on how clear the requirements are and how much discovery the project needs.
01
We review the scope
We read the project context, identify missing information and decide which delivery path fits best.
02
We clarify requirements
If needed, we ask focused questions about users, workflows, content, integrations, timeline and ownership.
03
You receive the next step
We recommend a discovery call, written quotation, prototype or a smaller first milestone depending on the project.
Project coverage
Different project types. One delivery team.
FAQs
Common questions before starting a project
These answers explain the standard starting position. The written quotation and approved scope remain the final reference for each project.
Are the displayed prices final project prices?
No. Every displayed amount is a minimum starting price for a clearly defined starter scope. Final pricing depends on pages, products, modules, user roles, integrations, design, content, security and delivery requirements.
Can Zolesco complete every project in three days?
No. Three working days applies to a focused website, prototype or first working module. Complete e-commerce, SaaS, CRM, healthcare software and full-stack projects require an agreed schedule after the scope is finalized.
Can I share another website as a design reference?
Yes. You may share websites, screenshots, Figma files, sketches or written requirements. Zolesco will create a custom implementation aligned with your brand without copying protected branding, content, images or proprietary source code.
Will I receive the project source code?
Yes. After full payment, the client receives the custom project source code and agreed deliverables. Pre-existing reusable components, generic utilities, development methods and third-party assets remain subject to their original ownership or licences.
How are payments normally structured?
Projects below $300 normally require full advance payment. Projects from $300 to $999 normally use 50% to begin and 50% before final deployment and handover. Larger projects use agreed milestones.
How many revision rounds are included?
Projects below $300 normally include one revision round, projects from $300 to $999 include two, and projects of $1,000 or more may include up to three for approved deliverables. New pages, modules, roles or integrations are treated as additional scope.
Does Zolesco work with international clients?
Yes. Zolesco Solutions serves clients worldwide and communicates remotely through agreed channels. Normal response time is 2–12 working hours from Monday to Saturday, Pakistan Standard Time.
Are domain, hosting and third-party charges included?
They are separate unless specifically included in the written quotation. Payment processing, email, SMS, WhatsApp, storage, external APIs and other third-party services may also have their own charges.
What support is provided after delivery?
Small websites and landing pages normally receive 7 days of bug-fix support, e-commerce and multi-page websites receive 14 days, and SaaS, CRM, healthcare software and full-stack systems receive 30 days. New features and third-party service issues are not included as bug fixes.
