These terms describe the general conditions for using the Zolesco website and purchasing development services.

Website information
Website content, service descriptions, timelines and prices are provided for general information. Displayed prices are minimum starting prices for defined starter scopes and are not fixed quotations for unlimited custom work.
Project scope and approval
Each paid project should be governed by an approved quotation, scope of work, milestone plan or written agreement. The approved document defines deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, revision rounds, timeline and payment terms.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate requirements, content, access and feedback on time
- Confirm ownership or permission for supplied text, images, logos and data
- Review milestone deliveries and report issues promptly
- Protect credentials and avoid sharing them through unsecured channels
- Pay agreed invoices and third-party charges according to the approved schedule
Payments, revisions and changes
Work begins after the required advance or milestone payment is received. Included revision rounds apply only to approved deliverables. New pages, modules, roles, integrations, workflows, languages or redesigns require a change request and may affect price and timeline.
Source code and intellectual property
After full payment, the client receives the custom project source code and agreed deliverables. Zolesco retains ownership of pre-existing reusable components, generic utilities, boilerplate, internal tools, methods and other pre-existing intellectual property. Third-party assets remain subject to their original licences.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, payment processors, email, SMS, WhatsApp, storage, external APIs and other third-party services may have separate fees, policies, availability and technical limitations. Zolesco is not responsible for outages or changes controlled by those providers.
No guaranteed outcomes
Zolesco does not guarantee revenue, traffic, conversion rates, search rankings, regulatory approval or uninterrupted third-party services. Any measurable result depends on factors beyond software delivery, including content, marketing, operations and market conditions.
